The Bridger String Quartet is Montana’s premier chamber music ensemble. In addition to traditional classical favorites played with robust sound and lyrical precision, the BSQ is notable for their nontraditional chamber music fare, including swing and jazz standards, tangos, operatic arias, and much more. A concert on their audience-friendly ‘Bach to the Beatles’ tour could include anything from Mozart or Haydn to Dave Brubeck, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, and, of course, a few Beatles tunes along the way. The BSQ is the only string quartet to feature a vocalist who performs while playing, always a favorite in concert.
